When I arrived on the scene, the brand was in shambles: Bland messaging, a palette of 12+ colors, multiple icon/illustration styles, generic stock imagery, issues with recognition from inconsistency, and two failed rebrand attempts. Velocity Global had pioneered the industry, but with the pandemic, demand grew exponentially and new entrants streamed into the market. Velocity Global didn’t have the brand to compete. With sales declining, a move up market and elevated brand image was in order.

Velocity Global needed complete transformation. And that’s exactly what they got in this top-to-bottom rebrand.

I orchestrated this massive initiative end to end—defining the brand vision, setting direction, and leading a team of agency partners (Red Antler and Secret Creative), full-time employees, and contractors to complete this rebrand in record time. We did what normally takes 1.5 years in only 7 months. On time and on budget no less.
